....still haven't passed a budget.

Let's all give a round of applause for the party of fiscal restraint.  ::)

The Republicans are blocking, Bush's fault, it's because the Republicans drove everything into the ground, we didn't spend enough last time, dog ate my lunch.

I think that covers most of the leftist excuses we'll hear.....lol, assuming they man up.
