for the last month or so, i have not been eating like i normally do. also i have not been taking any protein shakes like i normally do. and im holding my bodyweight, and my strength is still the same. on some days it has been better than when i am all proteined up. maybe those crackers are correct, you only need less than 100 grams a day???

NOT EVERYONES THE SAME. IF I DROP PROTEIN LOW OR RELATIVELY LOW I FEEL IT VERY QUICKLY, GET WEAKER...POOR RECOVERY, ETC.

i have the same, i dont do protein shakes and do not eat extra protein anymore, offcourse i already eat healthy so i get my nutrients.
somehow i think that your body is dealing better with protein when the intake isnt that much. because i grow and look better than i used to when i was megadosing protein.

protein for naturals = overrated.
protein that comes from carbs & fats should also count for totals, very little is needed from direct meat/egg sources.
