Ok, been on a cutting diet for 6 weeks and winny/prop for 2....was lean to start with but here are my pics, training 5 times a week and cardio 30 mins after each session.....eating clean and on training days no starchy carbs after 14.00hrs, just have them from mrp and veggies ie asparagus etc....I realize I am nowhere near as big as people on this site but please give me your opinion anyway.

ur gonna have sum AWESUME quads someday both front quads muscles are very full n thick.....you should give the genetics god a call n thank him. thats rare what you have there.. good luck.

do some frog squat or sumodeadlift or some innertigh muscle machine to fill upp the space betwen your legs. Rest looks ok to me!

very nice looking fantastic. Now get a tan haha :D It will accent everything that much more. Very good definition I love it (no homo)
