Title: Should bicycles be banned?????
Post by: Fallsview on July 10, 2011, 03:17:02 PM: Too many deaths each year because of careless bicyclist from my old hometown....bann them!!

NIAGARA FALLS, NY - Niagara Falls Police are investigating an incident that may have been avoided.

A 44-year-old man was riding his bicycle down 17th Street between Pine and Elmwood Friday evening when he hit a large hole. His bike went into the hole and his head on the pavement.

He was taken to a local hospital and pronounced dead a short time later.

Neighbors tell 2 On Your Side construction crews were working on the area earlier in the day removing a sewer grate and did not cover the hole when they were through.

We're also told the steel plate and cones appeared over the hole after Friday's accident.

Niagara Falls Police are continuing their investigation into this tragic accident.

Those are two of America's biggest problems. :D The Mexicans far outweigh the Pothole problem though.

Even if I were in the Quote 500, I wouldn't give a damn about expensive cars. They look nice, and that's it.
