GH raise paired w/jump band good mornings.
Ab circuit 4 rounds

I did legs yesterday
4 sets of leg press
4 sets of smith machine squat
3 sets db straight one legged deadlift
3 leg extensions
3 leg curl

sometimes i train but dont keep track and end up doing much more than that

Threw up in the parking lot last week after doing legs. Half a pineapple before going to the gym not a good idea.

Sunday is legz day for me:
Leg Press-4 sets
Squats-4 sets
Hack squats- 4 sets
Leg ext- one leg at a time- 4 sets
Lying leg curl - 4 sets
Seated leg curl- 4 sets
Single leg curl- 4 sets
calves - 8 sets
1.5 hours
