Fuked up parents. Should be shot. Kid doing 10 forced reps on dumbell flies, sloppy reps. Wonder how long till he rips his pec or tendon.

Yea, forcing your kid to do what you wish you would have done. It's not healthy. The kids form is awful in both videos. The one kids back looks like it's going to break when he bends over to try and squat the weight. Put your kids in baseball, hockey etc. Don't force your kid to become the douchebag you stupidly wish you were.

I`m shocked that the kid hasn`t torn anything yet, since his tendons and ligaments are fully formed and tough at his age.

Some people are complete idiots.

Only if he breaks an unrepairable growth plate. Soft tissue damage and connective tissue damage, load on an undeveloped spine, etc. Parents are tools and that video is by no means "cool".

Supplement companies business comes from 18-23 year old douche bags who are unwise to the prophet gh15's philosophy's. Now these clever marketers are trying to 'capture' the 5-10 yr old market because they are so uneducated and easily hooked in order to boost sales.

total rip off of the joe camel campaign

the kids might actually want to do this..has anyone ever thought about that? when i was about 7 i bugged my dad until he finally let me use his old concrete weights in the basement. the thing is he should have probably showed me how to lift but he just let me go..lol. i probably could have killed myself looking back on it now. but i curled and curled and after a couple of years i was benching. didn't hurt myself though

on a side note i think the parents should probably allow the kids to do bodyweight exercises such as push ups

Doesn't matter if the kid wanted to do it or not, if he did there are progressions that should be followed before loads are added. As with anyone, joint integrity and strength should be first, can he do push ups, pull ups, etc. My son wanted to be like "daddy" when he was 5 so I started him out with movements like pushups, he didn't progress to loads until he was 9 and didn't start squatting until he was 12-13. He starts freshman football this year and while isn't biggest, he is amoung the strongest and fastest. Progression with kids is a MUST. You also have to understand the mentality of kids, at 4 years old (kid in the video) its not a matter of "wanting to do it", at that age they want to mimmick or, like my son "do what daddy does". Almost everyone wants to be pround of their kid but you can't push a kid. I guaranty this kids going to have some physical problems when he gets older. Joint problems, muscle pulls, etc. Notice I don't say tears, that would be rare for someone that young. There's also the issue of growth spurts, will he develop osgood slatter that effects muscle and joints during adolecences? Not always but it does happen. Only a few things to consider when training a child/kid.

 That's stunted growth.

So, GH15 is actually Greg Oden? No wonder he has had so much time to post on Getbig.  :D His knee will shatter again because of the roids.  :D

Kids 4, how can you make the presumption of stunted growth? Kid shows no sign of injury (broken growth plate). I just see dumb parents.
