Title: Choose who gets paid

Obama needs to start looking at this closely.  There's so much waste that could be done away with immediately, if we trimmed it all down we could spend within our means.  $20.2B to the Dept. of Education alone in August, pathetic.

I just cut the budget down to 83.4 billion.  I feel good about my cuts...
