That music being played in the gym is awful....   I'd rather skip calves and get the hell outta there too.

Dennis Wolf is the next mr O. Until Dexter retires the top three should be Wolf, Kai, Dex until dex retires then it's Kai Wolf Phil. The O should go between Kai and Wolf back and forth, these are the two guys that matter. Phil should be top six, even Gh15 has to agree he looks really good, no one with those arms should finish below Branch and Jay. As for those two, sorry, you seem like nice guys, but you should not be in the top three.

right now aside from dexter...plus dex is short he has the best structure overall...

lol...jay seems to have started a trend, now all these wannabe mr os wearing their hats like some fucking 15 year old teenagemothafuckagangsta s...i still much prefer that old school chiwawa bandana look, and those spandex tights too ;D
