My legs grew, as did the pain in my back and knees. But my legs didn't grow as much as they did once I adopted Branch Warren's 7 Wonders to Massive Quads:
1. Train with mental and physical intensity
2. Apply drop sets
3. Combine extremely high- and low-rep principles
4. Pre-exhaust
5. Squat deep
6. Wear combat boots
7. Listen to loud hard rock music
