The NPC USA bodybuilding contest is two weeks out. Here is Tamer El Guindy's word from Saturday as he gears up for the contest.

It’s July 16, Saturday morning. The weekends are when you have the opportunity to push a little harder and take your training to the next level. So that is the game plan for this couple of days.

I am mostly focus on improving the condition of my glutes at this point, as I feel the other bodyparts are ready to hit the stage. At this point my body is getting very flat and the constant use of Cell K.E.M. and EVP is vital for me to keep my fullness. These supplements are carb-free and they can be taken all the way through my diet. The high levels of high-grade BCAA’s and creatine boost my energy levels up, allowing me to work out harder in the last weeks to the contest. You will see a significant difference in fullness in my physique, thanks to Cell K.E.M. and EVP.

I am doing two, one-hour sessions of cardio, and obviously mentally focus the tension of the cardio on my glutes and hams. I am planning to hit legs very heavy these last days. The amount of cardio that I am doing will normally reduce the density of the legs, so it is fundamental to lift heavy for legs to help maintain that density. Ok time to mentally focus on a leg work out that will change everything in 2 weeks.

does "tamer" know that busting his ass "harder than ever" makes no diff but the drugs do?

IMO, his shoulders take away from his physique.
