The fact of the matter is, the defense atty is going to throw everythig they got---including character questions...if a judge runs their courtroom like strictly, outbursts like what the vitim did will not be tolerated...
And the judge has no control over the jailing facilities. That is a diff issue.

I've known of judges to issue bench warrants for people in the wrong courtroom or are less than 5 mins late...if your name is called, you are expected to be there. Period.

Exactly, you should see what people wear---and this was a rape victim. If this was the attire she wore in court, and she was interviewed after being released---she wore shorts, flip flops, and a causal shirt...already, she is disrespecting the judge's courtroom by not taking the case seriously enough to dress appropriately.

And whether or not one believes that the Def atty is a bitch or not, you don't act or curse in that way, epsecially if you are the victim...and she was held in contempt.

And that house---it looked like a crackhouse...hmmm.
