Bike is in my home, mounted it to the Readout dash with velcro for watching movies, browsing etc

I dont think more calories used to get burnt by members of this forum than the 10 minutes after a Derek Anthony self started thread circa 2006 ;D I remember they would get to 5 pages within about 15 minutes

I been trying to find a commercial product to stick an ipad on a gym's elliptical. I usually watch shit on my phone. I think ipad would be an upgrade.

back that train up coach. Albeit, I agree about the bike..
Elliptical I do more for endurance but stairmaster, surely you jest. I go highest level for at least 60 min, 1200 cal burned and usually 12.5 miles at least.
Treadmill, I don't run outside if its humid (like this week even at 5am) so I run on the treadmill.
