After my leg workout I purchased some brown rice sushi in the Mall (my gym is in a mall), as I ate I watched the clientele buying fruit smoothies from the smoothie bar, I would say 90 % were fat.

There's a smoothie bar in my local mall. I ordered one with carrot, celery, lime and wheatgrass and the girl says "that's a strange one". When I explained "it's low sugar" she said "we only use fruit in the smoothies there's no sugar". ::)

4 to 5 portions of fruit, some milk, some yogurt = 60+ grams of sugar and 600 to 800 calories, and I doubt these fats are using this smoothie as a meal replacement, it is a drink before the meal LOL.
