This pic was in a older Musclemag, and I had it---someone had put the the name Vic Richards on it, but it was not Vic that they based this photoshop of. And how much weight is that theoretical tricep extension?

this fella has his own site, saw it years ago, forgot his name and all. I just remember him saying in his bio that protein is overrated and it's all about the carbs, I think he would eat about 1000 grams of carbs of day or more, mainly from rice lol,

Each plate on the dumbbell weighs 10 lb. So, 120 lbs. You do workout, right Parker ? ;D ;D
But, for shits and giggles, let's say each plate weighs 45 lbs. Well, now we're lookin' at a 540 lb. dumbbell. Piece of cake, right ? LOL.

A few yrs back on another forum (and even in the mag, when the pic came out) it was debated as to whether the plates were 25s or 35s, due to the scale...

Diff face, hairline, and musculature---Edgar had thick skin and diff chest structure...although the waist looks familiar...the face more resembles Beau Matlock
