Again, Short Torso, Short arms, oversized Midget Head. Notice how his arms are almost already in the lockout position when he starts the movement at the top. This is due to his extremely short arms. He is also Obese which makes leverage easier as well as less distance to travel with the bar, hence less work. His royal fatness also helps his center of gravity.

If you really want to impress us, find us an Extremely TALL person, with VERY LONG LIMBS, NOT FAT, moving incredible weight. Do that and we will be impressed.

Of course some people are more/less suited to bench than others but I still think it's one of the most equal lifts. Deadlift, ironically, is one of the worst lifts to judge a persons overall strength by. Some skinny fucks can walk over to the bar and pull close to 500 pounds "just because". You don't see many skinny fucks benching over 300 pounds.

That lifting was just incredible - probably the single greatest bench video I've seen from someone who doesn't even do it for a living - ridiculously strong.

His form was great on 95% of the "lighter" reps, there was some bouncing/jerking on the 500+ lbs reps but then again it's 500 lbs.

As I have said before, the very strongest raw and drug-free benchers are doing somewhere between 450 and 525. If this guy is drug-free, well, he's right the frick up there, obviously. With a controlled pause in competition, I'd give him perhaps a 490-520 press.

No he wasnt lifting free weights but I bet his free weight form is shitty.the bench form was not bad he went a little to fast with 225 except towards the end maybe last 4 reps were nice and slow. He dosnt look like he would have good free weight form thats what I meant

I think you have been incorrectly informed as to what a "free weight" is. Barbell = one of several free weight varieties.
