sitting down for hours driving in a circle, with a mechanical engine moving you along, and not your own muscle or coordination.

Haha, just foolin' around here..

Our Finnish F1-champion, Kimi Räikkönen, actually tried NASCAR earlier this year for few competitions and said it ain't that easy...

If F1 world champion says that, it has my respect.
