Anyone else notice when he supinates his left hand while talking his biceps don't contract at all into any semblance of a "ball"? Very strange.

Very true, his biceps don't contract at all with hand movement, then again oil doesn't contract

yeah, i'm trying to figure that out. is he eating prime steak at a steak house every night?

The biggest irony with "bodybuilding" foods like tuna, brown/white rice, sweet/regular potatoes, and oatmeal is that they are among the very lowest cost per ounce foods in the entire grocery store.
That said, $1400 a month seems a little low. He probably meant $114,000 a week. :P

Guy could be slamming back doubles at McDonald's each and every day and still look about the same.
The only time a bodybuilder need clean his diet substantially is pre-contest. Especially if he's using gear.
Training like a demon and eating an equal mix of clean and dirty calories is the way to go (as long as you inhale a lot of them, that is). Oh, and ordering that 500 dollar new supp at T-Mag, of course. Mix in some MuscleTech and you're gonna hit top-10 at the Olympia within a year, no sweat.

I have a monthly food budget of exactly $200 and I do just fine. I could actually get by on less if I ate less fruit and dropped the steak for cheap hamburger. Not sure if Branch really needs twice as much food as I do, he doesn't weigh twice as much...Hmm...

he says shit like that for the masses of people who don't know. so they can be like " oh hell yeah, it's time to add 3000 cals to my diet on top of my hardcore training regimine". 3 months later, fatass
