His dad was a retired cop, last words, "Dad, dad dad!"
Great government we have in the U.S. nowadays. I think when all is said and done for the U.S. (after the complete breakdown of law and order which is what happens when your custodians are your enemies), we will all remember Timothy McVeigh was basically right in his ideology of government and people. Cops do this kinda stuff all over the U.S. now, in fact mainly the reason people become cops now is because they're too stupid and talentless for anything else, and it's pretty easy to go to community college and become a cop. So now we just have tons of cops who beat 140 lb homeless people to death, another McVeigh esque incident was guaranteed with this

That's the problem, nothing people can do at this point other than unfortunately the kind of thing McVeigh did. Of course the Fullerton PD atm is scared shitless because of everyone who has seen this on viral, Youtube, etc basically wanting to beat all the cops to death (eye for an eye, as it should be).
The cops should be released in the public to fight for themselves but this would never happen, too scared just hide behind the badge as always
-
yea all over the news, ..... Heard on the radio it was this guy Jay Cicinelli Former LAPD officer 26-yr old shot in the face a while back and lost and eye, LAPD paid him out to retire early, the moved to Fullerton Police dept. and rocks a glass eye, was bragging in the police locker room that he did a number on the homeless man bragging that he beat him to a pulp

no, it shouldn't be eye for an eye. if you're into that, i suggest you travel a couple thousand years back.
i'm all for the cops being castrated and choked to death with their own dicks, if this is what happened. but to say the only thing we can do is blow up a building full of people that have nothing to do with this is a little extreme don't you think?
or do you fully agree with what that Breivik guy did?

An eye for an eye definitely because these are government employees with the specific role of serving and defending. But no they dont serve anyone or defend anyone, just waste taxpayer money and kill random weak people on the street. So yes an eye for an eye for them.
McVeigh was wrong because he picked a building with ltos of innocent people and a daycare in the basement so he killed little kids too. He should have done more research
-
Nothings stopping meso Z or Okami from being homeless soon...g4p runs dry, no education, gotta sleep on park benches, cant afford steroids anymore so you return to being 160 lb natural...could be you next, well see
-
Pig on the right with glass eye
The homeless man muttered the following line as the police patrolled the area.
"Did you hear about the cop who had an eye for the ladies? He used to keep it in his back pocket."
Meltdown ensued.
-
Outrageous.
Also lends credit to the argument that LE is getting too aggressive. You can't even call this racially motivated, it's plain cold blooded murder.
Who hires these people?
-
"Stop resisting!"
-
Death penalty for this shit. Law enforcement needs to be held to a higher standard.

Who should he have killed, do you think?
Who do you think "we" should kill to make this right?

The problem is not what the cop did to this homeless is a lot deeper!
The real problem is another !
The problem is that nobody give a shit at the way cop behave nowdays and that nobody does anything about that!
The media does not give much coverage about this killing and instead focus on the latest date of Kim Kardashian because that is what is really important for 90% of the generation nothinghness population!
Humans right violation , War, for most of the people are not as important as the last episode of their favorite reality show or the last model of Iphone!
-
On a serious note those bystanders, especially the obese woman should be locked up for life
They complain this is so bad yet stand by and film and and gleefully shout 'youtube'
They are the scum, not the homo man or the cops
-
Correct me if I'm wrong.
Did you guys just passed a new bill..taking a photo or recording the police is against the law.
-
This is disgusting, this guy weighed 135 fucking pounds, just throw him on the floor and cuff him, should have been fairly obvious he was mental, cops should be brought up on murder charges, as thats exactly what it was.
-
Here is another cop that knows his laws about legal limits of filming on the street and also knows what home address every resident of Las Vegas lives in

Pfft. He'll get paid to ride a desk while IA has look-see, then he'll be cleared. Happens all the time.
-
No the fact that we have Youtube now for this is a good thing you idiot, or else this wouldn't be recorded and people wouldn't be aware of exactly what happened
Please just inject steroids and lift weights and don't bother using your brain for anything
-

I remember this case. According to IA investigation, violations were indeed discovered so hopefully those cops should get punished.. Unfortunately taxpayers will pay the bill as always..
However, the process goes like this: multiple supervisors will examine the IA report and decide on the cop's punishment, if any. Worst thing that can happen for him is termination. Second worst thing is 40 hour unpaid suspension.. Talk about harsh punishment..
-
Joke around what you will, but this story is very shocking. That guy had schizophrenia, he should be protected by the police.
I guess most cops in the USA are ok, at least I hope so...
-
In all seriousness, most police officers aren't like the ones depicted here.
according to the fbi, as of 2008, there were 708,000 cops in the US.
i realize they should be held to a higher standard, but no training / psych testing in the world will assure shit like this will happen.
i'm not justifying this behavior, but statistically, i'm surprised there aren't more cases like this.
is fullerton a shithole or is it a nice town?
-

How many go undocumented, especially when there are no witnesses or cameras around. And of course how many cops are cleared by their fellow officers.
-
This kind of stuff happens all the time in the US now, sadly most of it is because of all of our Liberal buddies and their unions making it so police officers are untouchable to any sort of recourse for bad behavior. Haha they made it now so you just get paid leave for doing shit wrong, like a vacation
Beat people up/shoot people "accidentally" then get paid taxpayer money to go on vacation, wonderful economic system here ::)
-
Pfft. He'll get paid to ride a desk while IA has look-see, then he'll be cleared. Happens all the time.
Yep. They'll find the suspect wouldn't stop resisting until his lungs were totally collapsed and his head was beaten in.

Not sure about this guy in the video, but Tim McVay killed 100's of innocent ppeople and was a wack job and disgrace to the US army uniform he once wore.

I'm not a proponent of capital punishment, but it is legal in California and why should they be held to any other standard.

1. tht video is a joke, couldnt see shit.
2. I am almost NEVER critical of police laying down an ass whopping
3. I wasnt there, so I dont know the whole story.
however;
4. i cannot think of a circumstance where that amount of force would be neccessary to arrest anybody
-
I agree.
Crazy thing is, they would NEVER face the death penalty for this - simply because they were supposedly acting in the name of the law when it happened. That's a ridiculous double standard. These pigs should fry.
Man, I can just imagine if the dude was black. There would be nonstop riots in every big city in this country.

Cameras and the Internet bring the good, the bad and the ugly to us 24/7 now.
Sad thing is, we mostly see the ugly.
Clearly most cops aren't bad. It's just cases like these really accentuate the bad ones.
Guy definitely didn't deserve that kind of death.
-
The culture of corruption that the police have created IS bad, though. And the worse the culture gets, the more individual cases like this will happen. The more individual cases like this happen, the worse the culture will get. It needs to be overhauled..NOW.

Great camera work...all I saw were a bunch of do-nothing bystanders complain while the cops were doing their job. Generation Nothingness at it's best.
