I don't know what you're getting with your cut and paste but if you followed the markets what so ever you would see the 52 week high is down a 1000 from last year and last week alone dropped over 500. At the end of Bush's term (if it matters to you) we were at about 14000. Obama in office for almost 3 years the markets have been volatile but rising do mostly to rebound.
