No matter how intense you train in those sessions, I cant fathom how you would get results because there is simply no way you can accumulate enough volume in that short amount of time. Obviously it is important not to stay in the gym too long, but 10 minutes is kinda rediculous to me.

in theory u could build upto a max for one exersize and then get out.... wouldnt try me self, but u never know

anybody that claims anything tends to be wrong... training volumes for growth tend to be unique for each person... but i doubt anyone with half a brain would claim that 10, 20 or even 30 minutes a couple of time a week would be enough...

I actually think it would work failry well that shuld give you 3 -5 sets with the rest peroids mabey not ten mintues exactly but 12-20 minutes should be more then enough. Would prolly be a more sensible program for some that trains at or at least does part of it at home
