Title: Mens Physique Over 50 - My idea and format for it
Post by: Howard on August 02, 2011, 08:36:05 PM: The new over 50 male physique division:

1. Instead of board shorts, we wear wear high school gym shorts from the 1970's.

2. Sandals with white tube socks are required

3. Bushy legs and some gray chest hair = increase in score

4. Get a minute on the mic to rant about how bodybuilding is going to hell these days.
