Title: GH15. Please give us a tutorial on how to use GH

So you explained the doses but for us retards, how do you use it?

So say you get a kit with 10IU each of powder.  How does this work?

Do you put the kit in the fridge?  Then do you mix Bac water into a vial and shoot 1/2 if you want 5 IUs?  Is the rest mixed in the vial okay for the next day?  Where do you inject?  What gauge of needles?
