I don't think it's overated. It's clearly adding size to everyone's bodies...

I just blame the judges for rewarding that type of ballooned up physique.

It is not inspirational at all. Not one little bit.

Sorry, but I completely disagree with this.

The fact that their bellies are all half a breath away from exploding is glaringly obvious in every single pose.

In my opinion, there shouldn't be anything to 'hold in'.
