Title: sprinting 5 x 100m ok for daily workout? or should insert rest day?

It depends on what you're training for, really.  Do you want to just max out your top speed? Do you want to work on your conditioning? Do you want to work on your hamstrings and abs? Do you want to become faster overall?

Sprinting is great for your abs.

Going hard 5x100 every day is probably not a great idea unless you are already doing a lot of hard running.
