I started off using precision and proper exercise form with some light curls...

And then I moved on to quads. I chose a very light weight so that I could get full ROM (range of motion for you nOObs) ~

Then I spotted my buddy (he forgot to spot me) on some really light benches...

You should have seen me rack the weight. It looked like a standing REVERSE pullover, my head hurt quite a bit after the floor arch...

of course someone using such a shitty technique will never be able to achieve anythihg in bodybuilding ;D
