Thats a fucking insane lift. Goddamn.

goddamn is right. strong as fuck

:o
And I complain about 315 choking me. :-[
-
... wow.

That's pretty damn impressive. Out of curiousity, I wonder what is back squat is ?? Surely it's the same, if not more ?!
Personally, I'm a HUGE FAN of front squats. If you train Strongman ( like Chaos ), front squats are THE PREMIER exercise. Why ? Easy ! Most strongman events put BIG emphasis on legs ( I.e - trucks pulls, stone-lifting, tire flipping, etc., etc. ).
And if your Powerlifter, front squats can not only help your squat ( for OBVIOUS reasons ;D ), but also your deadlift. Think about it ??? When you get to the bottom of a squat what are you doing on the way up ?? Now picture the deadlift ?? There you go ! Lol. In order to be a great lifter, you have got to have technique down. Without good technique ( notice I didn't say " Perfect " or " Great " which is what a person, realistically should have ) :
1 ) You'll sacrifice some poundage for one. It's amazing how one little tweak will help you lift even more.
2 ) There's a greater chance of getting hurt when you get to the heavier poundages.
Anyways, I'm gettin' a little ahead of myself and ranting. My point is this :
Front squats are pretty awesome. :P
-
super lift
-
I'm not sure what his best back squat is, my understanding is that he had some sort of accident that tore up his back and makes it painful for him, so he just concentrates on the front squat now.
-
Front squats rule and a strong mofo however in a thong onstage he will fail.

Backsquats are just regular squats.
-
Saw Warwick Brant in a strongman comp, they mentioned he held a world record for front squat,he looked like a monster, but for strongman comps he is quite short and didn`t place very highly.

sick shit

Backsquats are just regular squats.
Yes, that is correct. Hence the word " Back " ( referin' to the position of the bar ).
-
I wish I were strong like chaos
-
This is more impressive...no wraps either.

Oh, misread your post. I'm guessing you were asking how much the dude backsquats. ;D
Depends, raw, your frontsquat is usually 80% of your backsquat. But i've seen extreme exceptions of people who could front squat almost as much (>90%) as their backsquat, and people who couldn't frontsquat anything ;D. The more quad dominant lifters seem to have a relatively stronger frontsquat.
-
Impressive

No, I think the other one is more impressive, 170 lb is an enourmouse differance, 617 digging into your front delts is outrages, now inagine 170 more pounds
-
This is more impressive...no wraps either.
its easy to front squat 617 lbs...if youre 617 lbs.
-
impessive..but hes no Pyros

Hi Warren

that is a well put together human being as far as structure goes. This guy could be on Mr. O stage in 6 months battling it out with the best of them if he wanted to take up bodybuilding. Kevin Levrone structure on white guy. Pyros also has been known to outrun some NFL running backs..make no mistake about it friends, olympic lifters are the most explosive athletes on the planet. Olympic lifters have been known to outrun world class sprinters in the first 25 yards of the 100meter..thats how powerful they are. LOL bodybuilding is an absolute joke to them. Bodybuilding=lazy endeavor..just sit back and let the drugs do the magic while doing a bullshit 45 minute workout a few times a week lol. Pyros= result of 600lb front squats with no belt or knee wraps for years..twice a day every day!

Freakish lift
Also ... Olympic lifters are unbelievable athletes, yes. I am a (raw) powerlifter and have endless respect for the greats of weightlifting. To suggest it's all technique is to expose one's ignorance. Now, yes, Olympic lifting success demands a HIGH level of technical precision, but the athleticism and power generation is BEYOND, as well.

Name these NFL running backs and world class sprinters
-
The study is written in Zatsiorsky's "Science and Practice of Strength Training"
[b]Pound for pound, Olympic weightlifters have a greater level of speed-strength than any other class of athletes in all of sport. This fact was made very clear during a massive scientific expedition carried out on the athletes at the Mexico City Olympics in 1964. Sports scientists found that Olympic lifters were able to both vertical jump higher than any class of athletes (including the high jumpers), and run a 25 yard dash faster than any class of athletes (including the sprinters). I agree. You can be the best bodybuilder on the planet but if you have any common sense and are around these guys you show them respect. bodybuilding is a joke to these guys.... Anyone can be a massive bodybuilder for the most part with the right drugs at the rgith age for long enough periods of time, but not everyone can be a world class weightlifter. These guys are handpicked at very young ages based on their jumping ability, length of digits on the hands, reaction time, length of limbs, height, etc. Then they get locked away in some dorm and train for 10 years doing 600 pound front squats twice a day every day for 15 years. All for that one moment, that one lift that happens in the blink of an eye with the weight of your country on your back. That's why weightlifting is the most incerdible sport on the planet.

Everything has it's challanges, EVERYTHING, gymnastic, boxing, skiing, marathon, etc...the truth is out of 7 billion people to get to the top in any field is nearly impossible and the bigger the sport, the bigger the competition, so one can argue that kicking a ball is piece of cake, but since soccer is the biggest sport in the world by far, the sheer number of competitors you must outclass to be world class is 100 times harder to accomplish then any Olympic lift period. Oh and if bodybuilding is such an easy task then why do millions try and millions fail :-\............. it's simply all relative

no it is NOT all relative. this fool is comparing the greatest sport in the world to bodybuilding. bodybuilding is a hobby, an expensive one but a hobby none the less.
Do you think Steve kuucolo had to give up his life to look the way he does? ::) tell me how training 3 days a week and being able to eat icecream and korean barbecue daily before you sleep while getting leaner is hard work? poor little Steve hes such a trooper ::)
The hardest part is the constanty buying and ordering. That is the ONLY hard part. From there on out you live like a normal person. Easier in some cases actually..most of the time you just jack off or if your woman is not fed up with you than you play with her but you still would rather jack off.. cause your too lethargic from the drugs to go out and do anything..... The training? please! anyone can do in their sleep. You can never touch a free weight in your life and still walk on a national stage witht the right drugs. For god sake most housewives are at the gym longer than bodybuilders these days. Dorian did what .three or four 45 minute workouts a week?. Walking through Walmart parking lot without getting shot or your car stolen ... to pick up your insulin syringes you know the 5/16 when your tired of the 1/2 inch..that is 50 times harder task than anything a bodybuilder will ever do in his narcistic little life, and we all know it! You can only run from the truth so long my friend

Stupidest post of the year.... everybody knows everything involved in bodybuilding is easy, but at the Olympia level there are only a number of slots available, so whoever does it better is in, then it is no longer easy, cause you are going against the best, ITS ALL RELATIVE, kicking a ball into a net is easy too, picking a weight off the floor is easy too, but the hardness of a sport is not because the movement or lifestyle that is involved, it's hard cause the number of people you are going against, like anything in life. I use to weightlift, not competitively, but tried it for a few months, I find bodybuilding more difficult and more demanding and greater decipline needed.

which part is more demanding and diffucult ? it can't be the training i know plenty of big boys (as in 230lb+ single digit bf %) in my gym who train about 3-4 times a week 1 hour max.. can't be food because we all eat whatever the fuck we want when we have the right drugs
the daily injections might be the hard part.. lol ..
you guys DONT HAVE A CLUE.. bodybuilding is in the drugs always has been always will be.. in fact AAS + GH use in in every sport
the name of the game is getting good quality products, legit products, how long you stay on the products, and DOSE!

Winning a show in Bodybuilding is a different ball game, even you coudn't cut it when it came to the Olympia, cause it was so easy right?

The same could be said about weightlifting, maybe a little bit more genetics involved, but numbers would go down big time without the drugs. To answere your question about bodybuilding, i haven't done GH and I don't have a fast metabolism, so for me it's chicken breast and brocoli for 12 weeks and don't claim the average person can hack that decipline,... the average person is at the strip club with a beer or watching football with a burger.

19 Motherfvcking 64! At that time, it was still thought that strength training any athlete other than weightlifters would make them musclebound and slow down...now that it pretty common knowledge that strength training can aid in making a high jumper jump higher, or a sprinter quicker (Check Michael Johnson's quad development)
I also sincerely doubt that they beat any of the gold, silver or bronze medal winners in the 100 meters from that Olympics, in the 25 yard dash.
They may have beat somebody that was in the top 10, or even top 20---which is entirely possible, but when they don't give names. I call bullshit.

Weightlifting IS the STRENGTH sport, and always will be. Too bad there are too many twats who don't know shit about it.
I wouldn't say it is THE strength sport. Perhaps THE power sport.
Powerlifting, when not hung up with the ridiculous gear and easy-breeazy judging, is THE strength sport.
Regardless, both sports are kick ass, when done properly and with passion.

Proper powerlifting is pretty hard to find. IPF is cool and raw federations. But these WPO joke records have to go.

I agree, totally. As a powerlifter, I am deeply embarrassed with what is often called a "record" these days. I compete in Canada's IPF feeder fed ... and have decided to lift raw, despite other competitors wearing singly-ply stuff. Perhaps a 10-year-old and loose-fitting single-ply squat suit (for what it was originally intended ... injury prevention), but certainly no knee wraps, bench shirts, etc.
I see SO many videos on YouTube of "champions" performing heinous lifts wearing tonnes of ridiculous gear, and I cringe.
Like that Mazza guy ... the bench press dude. What the hell?!!

thanks, but I dont see a post where it says use either dbol or abombs with suspension, only dbol, hence my question ???
-
Genious rychlak junior? ;D I know what you mean.
The dude needs to give it up. Without his gear and gas, he'd be pressing 250, tops. Hell, it takes the cat 10 seconds to get the bar to touch his chest. Without the shirt, he would have zero stopping power with that weight and the bar would cave in his bird chest. Just stupid.
I'd much prefer seeing him attempt a raw and "good" press with something like, say, 300, or 350. If he's off the sauce, perhaps, as I say, a 250 or three.
Bet his squat is impressive as all hell. ::)
Probably goes around telling everyone who will listen that he is one of the world's strongest men and a freak of nature. Dude would get run over by a 15-year-old girl.

Just to give you a hint. Mikhail Koklyeav has front squatted over 300 kg, pulled ~420 kg and push pressed 220 kg . In competition or in the gym. He is not even a top 3 lifter IN RUSSIA. Stop with the power crap you idiots.
