6'1'' 192lb
(http://i55.tinypic.com/hw0geu.jpg)
Been training for 6 yrs, and it seems like I was maxed out after 2 years. Been 230 pounds looking like shit, lifted as hard and heavy as I could, all to look like a swimmer when dieted down. Not that I think there is anything wrong with that, but it just shows there is no "natural bodybuilding", at least not for me. Yes you can look good but it isn't going anywhere over 200 pounds, even at 6'1'' for me.

is it you?
incredible delts for a natty
-
Yes, probably caused by elbows in style benching. Thats why my delts are good and chest is paper thin.

You look leaner there than before. Decent build.
You are into powerlifting, no?

You look great - lean.
What did you expect... ballooning up like Ronnie?

Looks pretty damn good Jae. (Monster_triceps is Jaejonna's gimmick, right?)
Anyway, youre right, Gh15 is right, no such thing as natural bodybuilding, that is if you actually want to look like a BB, not just live and workout like one, all in order to wind up looking like youre an average athlete.

Haha no, but the thing is people lie so much in gyms, on the internet, that as a 17 year old kid you get a totally distorted view of reality. I totally believed I could be 100kgs shredded. I also lived a "really strict" life, no alcohol, always eating, etc. because everyone tells you to do this. This is the biggest mistake you can make, especially in your late teenage years. You will miss out on a lot fun, and for what? 2 ounces of muscle?Luckily I gradually moved out of that phase when I turned 19 or so. Also thanks to getbig I learned that "it's not that serious tiger", and that you should enjoy yourself instead of "living the dream". Thanks guys. ;)

Thanks queerwiol, yes, PL-style training.

Lmao, bullshit, I don't carry nearly as much lean mass as christian bale in the machinist.

Look great!
TGG?

TGG?
TAG but still looks great considering that.

Well, your side delts look awesome---your front delts don't look to overpower your chest---it just looks like you neglected it...
Awesome build, and I wish my side delts were like that.
-
Its th chest that throws your physique out. Would look very different with a few lb there, delts are great and so is condition.
What do your arms measure?
Natty training is very individual and is all genetics.
-
I think your physique is good, I hope it isn't maxed out yet.

For me it was the same. :-[

You look in great shape with a good natural build. Don't get warped thinking from viewing steroid physiques that will look like crap as soon as they stop juicing.
-
There are people that have never been in the gym and look the same in chest department, if not better. ::)
-
too much bench press which is a delt builder and not a chest builder, so theres the problem.
great physique nonetheless
-
good lean physique..
you need to work more on your torso because it's genetically not as good as your arms and shoulders.. i think you must do more flies for your chest because it seems that all press movements go to your shoulders..

thanks for repeating me saladin

Good Delts and arms from what I can tell. Need pre-exhaust for the chest meaning a fly or peck deck movement before a pressing movement. Individuals with this physique type the arms and delts are exhausted before the pecs so isolation of the pecs without tricep involvement is key before presses.

Arms are 16,5 now, were 18 when fat.
Also I agree with Mars and Sherief Salami, benchpressing isn't doing anything for chest, at least not for me. I tried elbows out benching but it just doesn't feel right. I'm going to try to add in some isolation exercises and post a new pic in a year.

Looking good man.
