Walking worked awesomely for me this summer!!!
I did it before breakfast. Nice way to start a day also... get out at 5:30 - 6:00 for an hour or so... peaceful and quiet everywhere... Then come back in house for egg whites and sum' tuna for breakfast!!!
First diet in 4 years. Lost 'bout 35 pounds.

Ouch. I can ill afford such extravagance. Unlike most GetBiggers, I don't have unlimited resources at my disposal.

Intermittent fasting works really well. High energy levels troughout the day, solid workouts.

If you are heavy: walking, swimming or biking.
If you are lighter you can run ;-). Take your time to adjust. There are many good training plans out there. Be patient so you avoid injury.
But, above all, count calories :-).
