Post by: Skip8282 on August 08, 2011, 02:55:19 PM: The polls nice, but he really has to win the Iowa caucuse - and that means infrastructure. Ivers is running his campaign out there, but let's face it - his track record is mostly 2nd placings with Buchanan and Robertson.

On a good note, RP is starting earlier than any other candidate that I know of out there, so he can get the infrastructure in place - at least from a time perspective.

Agreed, I think they're way too far apart. Besides, I think RP is going to retire after this, so it's probably all or nothing.
