Are you taking notes? While Layne does have Doofus Bones and a Doofus Boned Structure, he isn`t a midget, nor has he the midget head. 1 out of 2 isn`t too bad though.
If we can find a non-midget head, Bird-Boned who does incredible lifts, we may have something there.

Again, he is not like me. I have thin Bird-Bones that are not really suitable for big lifts. I don`t do too bad on my own, but its very difficult. I also have a pea-sized head unlike your Down`s Syndrome Noggin.

If you can handle it; expect to gain +- 40 pounds on your squat. Yes that is in only 3 weeks. But imo it is impossible for the average lifter to do such a program (although i've seen naturals who did it, and made VERY good gains).

I don't understand why he cares about the numbers and completing the lift, when he's hardly stimulating the proper muscles. IMO thats why a lot of bodybuilders fail, they get caught up with their ego and playing the numbers game instead of isolating/stimulating the proper muscle.

I would argue that powerlifters don't actually have true muscular strength or else they would actually have a lot of muscle to back it up. Its pretty much tendons/bones, modified technique to decrease range of motion while encorporating other bodyparts to complete the lift. And of course a shitload of hormones.

Well, then how would you explain that a friend of mine who trains like a powerlifter; benches, squats and deadlifts a fair bit more than myself. Yet anytime we lock it up wrestling style/mercy fight style, I totally dominate him in every aspect. I'm only currently benching 185lbs 4x6 , but I use pristine form/tempo and pretty much only isolate the chest. Same with squats, 215lbs 4x6, nothing to brag about, but its all quads. This is speculation, but in wrestling the muscles are forced under constant tension and since a lot of these muscles aren't being fully stimulated in a powerlift, how can you actually expect the MUSCLE to be stronger.
