Title: UFC on Spike tonight
Post by: Coach is Back! on August 14, 2011, 01:47:03 PM: Gotta pull for my boy Amir Sadollah, no I didn't do his S&C but he practices his wrestling at my sons school along with Vitor Belfort. Spoke and trained with him on many occations. Awesome person.

two guys bouncing around the ring for 20 + minutes throwing half hearted punches and kicks at each other while doing everything in their power not to get hit... ya, real fight with some real tough guys ::)
