it was okay when he was 'off'... but we're a month from the O and he's still 20 30 pounds lighter...

dosen't matter,mr o is not based on the prettiest ,balanced,or pleasing build ,its based on who has the most muscle per square inch on one's given structure and currently that man is jay cutler.

its funny i was thinking just the opposite. i didn;t really think that kai looked THAT much bigger then phil. kais gut was bigger though. doesn;t really matter jay is going to win

if they let that nutty as kai win I see him being mr olympia for a bit imo hes not marketable but i belive he is jays main threat

Kai midsection just ruins it for me. I think Phil looks better here.
