GOD I WOULD LOVE TO GET BACK to farmers walks - there is no better way for excersise and same time - train your grip - legs - back and everything.
The only issue I had was that my shin started to hurt a little.
My gym right now has not enough space I would love to buy them but given the weight and all together maybe too early - when I have a house I deff will.

btw I always found that walking straight is no big deal - you can walk fast with that weight.
however turning around and coming back thats the killer because when you turn around thats when you loose grip and you have to hold on even harder.
