Could not find that record, but-

Non- Masters

#220 alltime record, untested, raw: #582 Mike McDonald. I think he was late 20's. This was a full meet.

#220 Raw World Record Drug Tested: #551 Rock Lewis(Bench only) or #501 Ed Coan in full meet.

------------

Masters 50-59.

#220 raw World record: #420 Vito Palazzolo.

#220  Raw American record: #402 Ernie Nagy.

Ok...never mind. I beat both 50 year olds in both classes. Ok, next year then.

If you're pushing over 450 raw and drug-free, regardless of bodyweight, you are doing GOOD. The biggest raw and natural benchers move somewhere between 500 and 550-ish. Very few get upwards of that weight, even at Elite levels.

I'm not drug free, not on much but not drug free.

Well, for the 45-49 age group in USPA the American record in Raw for 220 is only 380.  THat is only one fed, though.  I'm sure it's higher than that somewhere else.

Prove it. Just prove that a natural has benched 440.

You didn't beat anything if it wasn't done in a meet.

Touchy touchy....layoff your "not a lot of stuff" cause your attention whoring ass can't google something nor can you at least articulate the reason you were asking in the first place.

Don't hate. Stanozolol.

Not hating just stating a fact. Gym lifts (especially those without video proof :D ) don't count for much in PL.

I like how people on here ask "questions they don't know the answer to, honest" when they could find out the answer twice as quick for their own private benefit on Google.

One of the best powerlifters her in Louisiana Jessie Kellum is about 49 years old and competes in the 220 class. At the last RAW meet I saw him bench 525.
