How many of you fellas pre exhaust your muscles?
Flyes before presses
extensions before squats
etc....

i always have,,,, extsion then leg press.... dumbell or cable lats before presses, cable crossover or pec deck before pressing etc etc
keeps the weights down, and has the blood there...

keeps the weights down, and has the blood there...
also saves your joints. it was stated by Vince Gironda that Bob Kennedy's "principle" was just being lazy. For me it is an intelligent way to overload the muscle(s) without pounding your joints.
