Title: Deadlifts 4 Legs

I'm going to start everyother leg workout with deadlifts.
I'm not looking for a judgement on my workout, but wondering if anyone has used deads on leg day (I know generally people talk about them for back) and if it was effective for you?

do dls on non'leg  day once every two weeks for best results.

I do deadlifts on the lower body day.

I think itīs better to do Deads on your back day. You need to plan your workout so that there is enough recovery time between squats and Deadlifts. I train Stiff legged Deads with squats but that is another matter.

Did deadz today, after three heavy working sets I decided to try my pb of 500, no problem. 8)

I've done stiff legged dead lifts on leg day with some success. In my current routine, I work hams on one day and then quads several days later. In this case, I'd do the stiff legged deads on the ham day.

stiff leg deads are usually part of every bodies leg workout,,,,, would never do them before squats tho!

I have never really got into bent leg deadlifts, i just love stiff deads. I do for legs.... Leg extensions..squats (superset) .. Leg curl ..stiff deads. BURN  :)
