If we elect another president connected with whack-o, making it 2 in a row............

a recent New Yorker article went into detail on this.
this is the reason to be afraid of her.

I've heard of both Dominionism and Christian Reconstructionists before. Lovely people.
-
I wonder why it's called "Christian" Reconstructionism when they want the US laws replaced w/the [Mosaic] laws of the Old Testament. Seems like it would be called Mosaic something.
"Critics suggest the Daily Beasts example show so-called dominionist groups attaching themselves to the candidates and not so much the other way around."

What does it matter what they are called? I have been familiar with them for a long time; they want the Old Testament to replace the Constitution; gays, adulterers should be put to death; apostacy as well, the whole lot.

Butterbean, Christian is whatever people do and call Christian. These people are a sort of Christian, just like there are hundreds of others. You have your definition which differs from someone else's and so on and so forth. These people believe they are Christian, adhere to the Bible in a literal sense and in so doing are Christians.

Yes, people do label themselves in such ways but it is misleading imo.
It would be like that group using your real name in their group's name. They wouldn't represent you, and their following Mosaic law doesn't represent Christianity imo.
