Yesterday, I was taking a walk in my old neighborhood that I lived in years ago, and across the street next to the place where there used to be a laundromat, there was this stunning young girl standing, looking like she was waiting for a cab. Fleibergeisted, I decided to approach her and try to hook up. I aked her what time it was, if she was waiting for a cab because I wanted one too, and all that other bullshit. So, I asked her what she was up to, if she was in college or something. She laughed, and replied that she was much too old to be even a post-graduate candidate, let alone a college student. I found that surprising as she didn't look a day past 21, and even the harshest critics would say she looked 22 at the most. She said she was 37. I couldn't believe this and told her she was pulling my leg. So she laughed and opened her purse and showed me her drivers license: born in January, 1974. Here was this girl who looked to be barely drinking age, and yet she was pushing 40! She was several years older than me and yet looked several years younger.
I asked her, half interested in boinking her and half out of genuine curiosity, how is that possible, if she had dozens of plastic surgeries or something. She said that she never had plastic surgery in her life, and that she looks years younger now than she did 10 years ago when she switched to an ultra-vegetarian diet where you eat nothing but leaves, seeds, sprouts and low-glycemic, antioxidant-rich fruits like berries - up to four pounds a day according to her. It works. Holy fuck. At an age when most people are getting their first wrinkles, she didn't have even a tiny crease to her skin. Not one. Her comlexion was clear like a baby's, and you could actually see the red capillaries under her skin. Her her was silky like that of a 16 year-old girl full of estrogen and her breath was sweet and delicate.
I assumed she was in her early twenties due to the complete lack of creases to her skin. Humans usually only get their first true wrinkles in their late thirties to early forties, between the ages of 37 and 43, but most Humans already have creases to their skin in their mid twenties. The difference between a wrinkle and a crease is that the wrinkle is apparent at all times, whilst the crease is only apparent when you move the muscles of your face, like the creases you get at the sides of your mouth when you smile. She didn't even have the creases that most 25 year-olds have. Incredible. Given that she looks like a college junior at 37, she will probably look like a very hot 28 year-old when she's 50 and will only look the age she has today when she's 60 or so.

He's a comedian. He said that a man's attitude changes after he has had sex with a woman...he was telling a sorority dinner this. That a man will let his phone ring or answer with a loud "WHAT, do you want?", he didn't do this before sex, only after he slept with you...
He said, "notice how all the whores laughed"...

very interesting story. That explains why these pros as of today age so rapidly, shooting tons of insulin while slamming down 100 grams of high glycemic carbohydrates and simple sugars makes the body age rapidly. I eat less than 100 grams of carbs a day, and will probably do so for the rest of my life. I do go overboard on the fruit at times though especially a nice sweet watermelon.
Also question for you. It is well known that large amounts of fructose cause glycation and higher levels of AGE's in the body. Is fruit something to be concerned about? Obviously high fructose corn syrup and fruit juice is alot worse but even if I eat a ton of fruit, I never actually consume over 40 grams of fructose. I know you said chimps show very little signs of wrinkles and basicly live off of bananas...
-
she probably just was actually 21 and was just bullshitting you.

that's his version of the front relaxed pose
re: young looking late 30's women - you do see some who look very young in the face but often a giveaway is those vertical tendon thingies on the neck that appear when they talk, there's no surgery for that i wouldnt think, and it really becomes prominent when they are thin. nicole kidman is a classic example.and veins on the hands - madonna can have all the work in the world but her hands are 50 yr old hands
So true. Neck and hands are the most obvious signs of ageing. Kim Basinger is another example. ALways found her hot as fuck, but disgusting old woman hands.

Actually, I think that her extreme youth was caused by her eating a very low calorie diet and not because she ate little carbs or saturated fats. If you at an extremely vegetarian diet where your only source of calories are low glycemic fruits like berries, then you are likely getting less than 1,000 calories per day. Most fruits are mostly fiber and water with little sugar, the exceptions being few like bananas and mangoes, so even if you eat pounds of berries a day you will be getting few calories. It also is probably not the antioxidants since studies have shown that the antioxidants in fruits and vegetables have extremely low bioavailability and are not absorbed anyway. Most of the benefits of eating fruits and vegetables seems to be related to their causing a sharp increase in alkalinity which buffers poisons from the bloodstream and neutralizes and thus stops free radicals from being formed. But they don't seem to have antioxidant effects at all. If you put free radicals into the body, the antioxidants in fruits and vegetables will do nothing to stop them since they are not absorbed into the body. The same is true for water-soluble antioxidants like vitamin C, which are not effective at all at stopping reactive Oxygen species. Now, fat-soluble antioxidants like vitamin E and alpha-lipoic acid are a different story: they penetrte in cells and significantly reduce protein oxidation and lipid peroxidation of cell membranes. But that woman would probably look just as young if she ate 500 calories of ice cream a day.
Also question for you. It is well known that large amounts of fructose cause glycation and higher levels of AGE's in the body. Is fruit something to be concerned about? Physiology is a lot more complicted than that. There is no evidence that fructose causes increase glycation under normal circumstances. Most of the studies that show that fructose increases glycation 20 times more than glucose are cell cultures studies where fructose was infused directly to cell mitochondria. Also, glycation is a lot more related to protein intake rather than simple sugar intake. Most of the studies suggest that a diet that contains a lot of protein and fructose might increase glycation, but even that is pure speculation. Human physiology is superb at metabolizing simple sugars since we evolved from a fruitarian ancestor. Most of our digestive, enzymatic and cellular metabolic processes utilize glucose most effectively as fuel. As for fructose, it is broken down in the liver into ketones and thus do not enter our cells as such. There is no fructose being directly utilized by your cells, except with minor exceptions like sperm cells and some specialized cells in the intestines. So there is likely no increased glycation since there is no fructose being used by your body's cells as all the studies that show that fructose increase glycation involved infusing the cells's mitochondria directly with fructose.
We can also utilize amino acids and fats as we evolved this capacity in the last 250,000 years after eating meat-based diets, but simple carbs are still our cells prefered fuel. A lion's cells can directly split the amines of amino acids into sugar; we can only do that in the liver. Our cells prefer that we get our carbs directly from food. Chimps eat tons of fructose and show none of the age-related diseases that Human do. I never heard of a chimp suffering from artherosclerosis or diabetes from eating a diet that is 95% fruit and only 5% meat despite the fact that glucose raises blood sugar levels and fructose raises plasma triglyceride levels. Physiology is a lot more complicated than that.

Goodrum finally up the dose?

a vegetarian "diet" can only work its magic if you are on a stimulant like caffiene or weed for a MALE
a female can lay around all day, wich they normally do, and eat vegetarain foods and become really healthy and retain the moisture in there skin very well much like a man
meat tends to make ones skin more ruggedy over time and dryer, much how the caveman looked back in the day

Actually, you are wrong. Depending on your diet, there are small variations in blood alkalinity. But you're right that the blood never becomes acidic, as even a small decrease in blood PH would kill you at the spot. This is why, when you eat a lot of acid forming foods in your diet, like amino acids, fatty acids, and foods that contain acids like grains(phytic acid), the body immediately removes carbonate from your bones to buffer your blood. This is the reason why very high protein diets lead to gout and ostheoporosis unless you also eat massive amounts of greens which alkalinize your body's cells.

Hey Stupid, I wasn't able to read your whole posts because I have such a short attention span and not a genius like you but you're right about the low calories. There has been only one thing that has been proven to extend life. It's all this healthy living: good diet, exercise, not smoking.... that improves quality of life not extend life span. It's low calories. Drastically lower calories that has been proven to
extend life. Some speculate that there's a relationship with insulin. The less insulin you need to produce the better. Insulin is an aging hormone. I don't know all about that and I don't think I want to live on a 1000 cals a day even if it did extend my life. People live too long as it is. They hang around forever. Every time I talk to my father, who is in his eighties, I always remark about him still being alive. Yeah, I'm all heart. I mean, after 70 yrs old what's the point.

This is true, but I think that if you just eat foods that don't stimulate insulin as much then you can somewhat duplicate the low calorie effect. It is soooo illogical for certain people to say that there is no such thing as junk food. See how healthy you are after eating a frickin dozen donuts everyday for 30 years or some other high sugar item instead of protein and fat in place of those donuts. Insulin is an again hormone plain and simple.
