Yep, this has been going on the past year. There are dozens of drugs that are back ordered.
It's fucked up when emergency drugs get on the list like noriepinephrine or amidate.

idk man..my friend who is working 2 jobs needs to have a procedure done very badly. but despite working two jobs, neither of them will cover her for it, so to have this thing done it will prob cost like 10k+ out of pocket.
in most civilized countries she would be taken care of. theres tons of shit like this...people desperately need some kind of medical help but cant get it done simply because they do not have tens out thousands of dollars to pay for it.
our system has great care but will only treat you if you have tons of money.

I am not in school, no, sorry. None of this was taught to me by anyone in a classroom. That said, I am a leftist, which is a very very different thing than a liberal. most "civilized" countries you speak of wouldn't give him/her the opportunity to have 2 jobs. through some fuck ups in life , this person has come to a predicament in which a health problem occured without him/her being ready for it.
first thing i did was get health insurance , then i saved up enough through the years to cover all 4 members of my family for emergency procedures not covered.
so, because your friend is incapable of taking care of themselves, we are all somehow collectively assholes as a society? please.

It is also the richest state in India.
