Title: Can you get GH already mixed?

I am new to the GH thing but am going to get on it here as soon as I figure our how to do it. Just really for fat loss and healing as I do a lot of sports. I'm thinking about 4 iu / day. Two in the morning and 2 at night.
Two main questions I have is can you get it already mixed or do you have to get the powder and mix it yourself and what is the best kind / brand?
Thanks for the help and any advice anyone has is appreciated...

Also, what gauge needle do you guys recommend? Insulin sized?
