You know I'm still trying to figure out what Indigo-3 is exactly..

Another thing, they say to limit or eliminate fruit all together while you are on it cause it may negate the effects.  Is there anything else fruit can have an effect like that on?

Really I love the site in the sense that I get a lot more info than I ever have from a bodybuilding magazine but I've never bought a supplement.  The thing is if I was to take both indigo and the anaconda protocol every month, it would equal the cost of my monthly car payment, school loan, gas money, and some of the money I put away for retirement.  But people must use this stuff and there must be a market for it.

It's plain bullshit, because that's impossible to eliminate ALL fruit from your diet, if the Indigo didn't work, they can say "but you ate an apple in week 5, that's why".  ::) ::) ::)

Spend the money on good food if you want to stay natural, or spend 500 $$ for a 6 week supply on Test, Tren and HGH if you want to go anywhere in BB.  ;D ;D

Whoever spends his money on something named "Indigo-3G" , especially when its a supplement....deserves to be robbed,. Period
Thats my opinion. People fall for the fancy names and packaging.

Ya I hear ya..its just a strange statement to say fruit will negate the affect to that degree.  I know things like grapefruit might increase the affects of blood pressure medication and such.. I just wonder if there is real reasoning or like you said, a way to point out why its not working.

Whatever, the whole product is bogus!

It's snake oil, and expensive snake oil. IF it would work, the whole US athletics team would be on Indigo and Anaconda (great name for snake oil, btw).

It's just protein powder and what's in the indigo, nobody knows, probably it's flour and blue color.
