stats are posted on other page.

reason behind massively lagging chest and delts is because i spent over for years on olympic style lifting then changed to general strength training 1-2 years ago. reason for anterior pelvic tilt as well olympic lifting while not training abs and hams the quads and spine erectors cause this. wide waist and narrow shoulders genetic but i dont really care. obliques probably just bad posing skills and squats

but my quads are definitely the strong point

before 4 years of olympic liftin 2-3 years of basement dwelling which was not productive except for squats

seems like when i eat more all i put on is fat and i feel pretty fat as it is i'm always tempted to go on a cut but i'd probably just lose "all my gains" in strength as well as some size

maybe i have a lot of visceral fat too, i feel like my gut is like goddamn
