I`m glad that you are oblivious to content. Where would you prefer he sit? He is on his own property you know.

I could care less where he sits, but he looks and sounds like a not-too-bright guy talking politics at a backyard barbeque.

He's a Swing voter.

He is quite intelligent. Furthermore, how would you know if you only made it 40 seconds? ???

ROFLMAO,
That was perfect. A+ my friend!

How would I know how he looks and sounds? Because I watched 40 seconds worth and formed an opinion. I guess I could have watched the entire 8 minutes and 48 seconds of drivel, but I'm pretty sure I'd have the same opinion.

I watched it all and this guy just seems like a pissed off atheist who is mad at other atheists who are Ron Paul nut huggers.

He is not addressing atheists though. Did you not know that Ron Paul does not support the Separation of Church and State, THOMAS JEFFERSON`S WALL of SEPARATION of CHURCH and STATE?

O Rly? Link? Where did he say he "does not support the Separation of Church and State"?

O Rly? Link? Where did he say he "does not support the Separation of Church and State"?
Ron Paul on Seperation of Church and State:
"The notion of a rigid separation between church and state has no basis in either the text of the Constitution or the writings of our Founding Fathers. On the contrary, our Founders' political views were strongly informed by their religious beliefs. Certainly the drafters of the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, both replete with references to God, would be aghast at the federal government's hostility to religion."

Thomas Jefferson disagrees:
"Christianity neither is, nor ever was a part of the common law. In every country and in every age, the priest has been hostile to liberty. He is always in alliance with the despot, abetting his abuses in return for protection to his own"

I'd like to see some supporting evidence of this guys claims, mainly the separation of church and state issue. What this guy in the video fails to bring up (I only watched the guy in the swing, and yes I watched the whole video) is Ron Paul's voting record. Secondly, he's also overestimating the presidents ability to make sweeping policy changes against established legislation such as abortion issues.
So TA, which candidate do you support?
Edit: Thanks for the link. I'm reading the article now.

If I had to vote Republican, I would by far vote Buddy Roemer. He absolutely destroys Ron Paul and everyone else. If you like I will bump up the thread I made on him so you can give him a listen. I would like to hear your opinion on him.

Are you serious? That's it? He's absolutely right. Where is the link with a quote from him saying he "does not support the Separation of Church and State"?

I bumped up the two Buddy Roemer threads. Let me know what you think. He is way more qualified in my opinion than anyone else in the Republican Party that is currently running.

Ron Paul clarifies his positions on Church and State
Ron Paul, has recently solidified his position on the role of religion in government. In case you aren't sure, he's in favor of it. This comes from Kade, a senior member from the Ron Paul Forums, who writes the following:
Official Campaign Message to Facebook Users:
Question: What role should the personal faith of a President play in his/her decision-making?
Ron Paul
Position: It should play a strong role
"Like the Founding Fathers, the core of my political philosophy is grounded in the knowledge that rights come from the Creator, not the government. Since rights do not come from the gov't, the gov't cannot violate those rights. Religion has a very important role to play in a limited gov't philosophy."
Ron Paul's basic point seems to be that the will of God should trump the will of government. The difference is this: We have people who can speak on behalf of government, and who can hold government accountable. Who gets to speak on behalf of God? Who holds God accountable? Jesus? The Pope? Ron Paul himself? I, for one, see absolutely no room for abuse from this guiding ideology.
Kade goes on to say that he has written several candidates about their views on atheists in the government. Barack Obama, John McCain, Dennis Kucinich, and Rudy Giuliani have all sent letters, and Barack Obama even went so far as to send him a personal reply. But no letter from Ron Paul. This should come as no surprise to anyone who read up on Ron Shank's attempt to get an honest response on Ron Paul's views on evolution.
Needless to say, the Ron Paul Internet Gestapo hasn't responded very well to this posting, where you now need to enter a password just to access it. Fortunately, you can still find it on Google Cache, although I have no idea for how long. A screen shot of the posting can be found below.

There will not be one. TA is blowing this way out of proportion. His stance is clear in this Vid

Being a biblical literalist has its drawbacks I see, the inability to accurately evaluate evidence and pertinent information in order to form a judgement or inference.
By your rationale, Ron Paul supports Pedophilia for the simple reason he has never been quoted literally as saying he was ever against it.

::) Quit trying to sound smart you pseudo-intellectual. It's obvious you made that crap up (Ron Paul not supporting church-state separation). It's also obvious you don't understand the First Amendment.
Troll.
