He's guest posing, look at the ease of movement, compared to guys who are just a few weeks out from the O.

Natural Freak all the way...

Amazing..
His thighs always looked "thin" to me..I bet it was from the lazy leg sessions.
-
That's right, kids...
Was somebody talking about that the 70 pound dumbell he was using looked fake...I remember somebody mentioning it before

Posing counts even less now than it used to.
Awesome has replaced perfection.

Yes, this was before their growing contempt of his cockiness. They rigged his Mercedes in 94, so it "looked" like he was the one that made the car do 145...when they found out that he had survived, they waited 3 more yrs, plotting and planning (those sneaky Ninjas take their time to perfect their ambushes). They also were waiting for Flex to drop his guard.

Bodybuilding has become an middle aged competition. We will never see bodybuilders like Flex Wheeler again, because attributes like a small waist and crisp muscle are long gone before most of today's guys even turn pro.
-
Good song choice also, "Damn U" by Prince.

x1,000.
Apparently, they call it muscle maturity or some other nonesense and for some reason, it is more important than clean lines, crisp separation and a poised presentation.
Well done judges.

The guys who were athletes tend to move better. Flex was a martial artist. Cormier was a wrestler. Phil Heath played basketball. Even Markus Ruhl moved comparatively well for a big guy; he played soccer. Athletes have an edge when it comes to posing.

Unfortunately, posing means nothing now since bodybuilding is apparently about "who has the best physique" and for some reason posing has no place in assessing that.
Well done IFBB.

Thank Chick for that and his backwards reasoning....he says it wasnt being scored the right way so they changed it. So the lesson is dont enforce rules, just change them.... ::)

Sure but in the end, it is the IFBB that decides whether to accept a recommendation or not.
Well done IFBB...

Amazingly small/normal head compared to the growth hormone monsters of today.
