I recommend 1 amp of test every other day instead.

Do a full body workout.  Tri-set a chest exercise with a leg exercise with a back exercise-all free weight compound movements, none isolation.  Do this for 45m-1h with 3 different combinations of movements and make them all pretty light, get around 20 reps.  No breaks.  You will consume energy.

Good luck with tri sets.. U must workout after midnight at an empty gym... And if your the kind of dick head at 6pm walking back and from 3 machines, yelling across the gym "I'm using that" then Ur a pile of shit.

Try 30sec rest between sets or supersets better

I've posted part of our system many times in the past with a similar protocol.

Yes...15-20min of intervals right after the workout then on your off days. Weight training should be no more than 3 days per week unless you're doing kettlebells on one of your off days.

i experimented with less than 30sec sometimes 20-15sec for my workouts !

some days i couldn't make it to my car !

it burns and burns and i added cardio to the mix.

but you should take a break from this in few weeks or so ! your body will take a beating if you did it right.

i was on low carbs and doing cardio on empty stomach early morning and after weightlifting !

i went from 15%-14% or so to 11%-10.5%.

hope this helps !

Good Luck

Musclecenter still does those 70s workouts, 30 sets each for chest and back (not kidding).

Now that must burn some fat off...

Why don't you see a real doctor instead?

I get a kink in my right lower back hip area that this chirapractor just knocks right out.I'm somwhat of a believer in certain alternative medicines, in this case chiraprature.
