This issue came out in the days of Twinlab, Blechomo, and EAS.

It's been proven time and time again in controlled studies that IT DOESN"T WORK. Same as CLA. It WAS all the rage. It doesn't work either.

Why waste your money on supps that just might possibly do an unnoticeable something, when you can get the REAL DEAL???

This isn't a NATTY forum, is it?

Tried it for a little while. It seemed to make me hold a little more fat/water when bulking but wore off after a week or so. Perhaps mildly anti-catabolic. Mostly useless. Save your $ for  .-===|-

Save your money man..

The only thing you need are a multivitamin and a protein powder.

Well, the protein powder is not a MUST ...I myself, use it for convenience and only, for example when im at university.

Actually not even a multi is a "must" lol...if you are a regular gym trainee. If youre a "bodybuilder" it is beneficial.

Every now and then some magazine promotes suppl like this, I think they get payed for it. And most research is sponsored by the companies anyway..

I don't understand how any supplement company can still sell and promote this garbage.

It's pretty symbolic of the supplement industry as a whole.

L-Leucine gives the same result and is 10 X cheaper. You have to take 4 times more Leucine, but since it is 10 X cheaper, you end up saving a lot of money.

Does it work? If you are a former steroid user, no, you will be severely disappointed. If not, expect to gain about a pound more of bodyweight a week than you otherwise would.

HMB(or Leucine) + CLA + ecdysterone = anabolic effect comparable to about 200 mg of Deca or Primobolan a week.
