For instance, I just did 11.81 miles this morning and will do BJJ and sprint work at night

Enough milk. Id say like 8 ouncesYou don`t even have to work out nearly that hard either. You could slash your entire workouts by 3/4 and you would look exactly the same and eating whatever you want.
