That's what IFBB pros do. They get ART therapy in order to release tension from deep inside their muscle fascia.

Derik Farnsworth seems to be a qualified practitioner capable of reaching deep inside those hard to reach areas.

I remember Jay once utilized some guy in Vegas who penetrated him with a spoon.

MAXX - I think, personally, there is some risk of injury - its important this type of massage is done by someone experienced. But it done correctly it really can work (but yes it is painful).
