already on a clean diet just a trouble spot..are there any specific exercises to help,ive tried every angle on cable flys, they work well but still fuck its a bitch to tone up

You are right around 12%, I can't see your back or legs...You could easily be higher a smidge putting you around 14% depending on how you carry fat in those areas....Try not to fall into the trap of comparing your best areas in good lighting with people who are lean and saying to yourself "well look at this guys abs and mine! He's 8%, so I must be too! or close to it!" because this is very misleading. Bodyfat% is the sum of a total bodyfat collected from various areas of your body. You will naturally be lean in certain areas and fat in others. If this were not true, by looking at my calves I am already show ready but other areas like thighs and lower back I am 8 weeks out, which is exactly were I am at in my prep.

1. you wont unless you climbin bodyfat and end up 15%
2. you are 10-11% bodyfat ,, when you see all abs like that and over all body compsotion i see ...this is about 10-12% bodyfat so you were right,, it is not 10 but it is around the 11%,,not 18 lol not 15 and not 13 ,, this is 12% at the absolit max and even 12 its not it is closer to 11%

i would put him at 10% ,,what made me give him 11% is the softness on the top pecs delts arms are just not hard enough and not sculpted enough for a 9-10% little too soft for a 9-10% when flexing ,, over all though he is very very close to a 10% ,,
he was pretty accurate when he said he was 10-12% ,,this fella can be within 5 days 10% he is that close to it,,basically playing with water,, under 9-10% and especialy under 8%...need more hardness of muscle ...more density ,, and some more definition...bscially you need more muscle inorder to get down in bodyfat to where your abdominals are which is 9-10%

i think your chest is at the same level as the rest of your body, doesnt look bad, dont worry, just carry on what your doing and totaly ignore all the dip/crossover supersets bs,,,,
work it normaly and make the pecs grow, get your form perfect,,, as feeling your pecs is the key to making the most out of your chest, even drop the weights back and get it perfect and slowly build back up, nice n smooth, big squeezes wins the race.....

You look good. You are 10% ish as was said. Ignore the higher than 12% comments. You don't see abs at 12%. Keep leaning out and you will be fine. Ignore the weight on the scale and go by the mirror.

Probably have to get even leaner. Genetics is a bitch. Here is a great example of that "side chest fat" on a ripped person, none other than the wrestler Batista. Obviously juicing and pretty lean, but still sporting that chest fat, lol.

No i honestly didnt have a clue...like i said earlier i have been taking creatine monohydrate (5 grams) every day now for about 2 months with a scoop of whey protein shake after work..but i stopped taking the creatine about 3 days ago, also i read the article about protein about being shit and drinking egg whites instead. i already drink them but i am replacing the daily protein shake with a cup of eggwhites now to see how that works. limiting protein powder to only rite after workouts with rice cakes and a banana

No i honestly didnt have a clue...like i said earlier i have been taking creatine monohydrate (5 grams) every day now for about 2 months with a scoop of whey protein shake after work..but i stopped taking the creatine about 3 days ago, also i read the article about protein about being shit and drinking egg whites instead. i already drink them but i am replacing the daily protein shake with a cup of eggwhites now to see how that works. limiting protein powder to only rite after workouts with rice cakes and a banana
