Flex one time asked Haney after a contest about posing and be out of breath, Haney pointed to Labrada who was in the same contest, and said something to the effect of, "See that guy, he's the best."

posing and holding that pose, when you are that depleted takes a lot out you...fuck, one of my arms lock up if I squeeze to tight after doing curls.
